The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold https://alpinemalaysia.com.my/ harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.
Orders and Payment
· All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
· Product prices may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
· Full payment is required before your order is processed.
· We offer various payment methods via a secure payment gateway, including online banking, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.
· If you choose a bank instalment plan, your order will only be processed after the bank approves your instalment application.
· If we do not receive the corresponding payment, we will not be liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of the order.
Warranty
· The warranty period begins on the date stated on the warranty sticker attached to the product.
· Customers must keep the warranty sticker and original packaging for warranty claims.
· Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or physical damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
Intellectual Property
· All website content, including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs, is the property of ALPINE MALAYSIA.
· Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
· ALPINE MALAYSIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
· Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Governing Law
· These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
· Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Changes to Terms
· From time to time, there may be information on https://alpinemalaysia.com.my/ that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents.
· We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfying with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY ON SERVICE
RETURN POLICY
- Return or refund requests must be submitted via email or mobile communication within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Only items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect are eligible for return or refund.
- Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
- Refunds will be processed after the return is approved.
- All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
- If customer chosen payment method involves a Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) charged by the bank, the MDR percentage will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will then be refunded to the customer.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for return made within the allowable return period (7 days of receiving the product). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Changes of Order: Any order amendment must be contact or email us at support@alpinemalaysia.com.my/0166684328 atleast 12 hours before the order made. Additional charges may apply for changes of orders. Please check all details properly before payment made.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the refund will be initiated.
Full Refund (No Fees Deducted)
We will issue a full refund with no MDR deduction if the refund is due to:
- A defective or damaged product;
- Incorrect item sent;
- Any other issue verified to be the seller’s responsibility.
Payment Processing Fee (MDR) Deduction
- For refunds not caused by any fault of the business (e.g. customer cancels for personal reasons, changes mind, wrong order placed), a non-refundable payment processing fee (Merchant Discount Rate, MDR) will be deducted from the total refund.
- This fee is charged by the bank or payment gateway (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, FPX, e-wallets and etc.) and is typically 2% to 3% of the transaction value.
